This Colonial Style home in Rocky Hill, CT was in need of a new roof.  Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We then installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Next, we removed and replaced 4 attic vents and 3 boot vents. We finished by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.
