Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This ranch-style home in East Hartford, CT was built in 1953 and is now in need of a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off two layers of existing roofing materials and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We then installed three rows of G Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed  the color Onyx Black. Lastly, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This amazing home now looks even better thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Brand new roof put on in East Hartford, CT. 

We were brought out to East Hartford, CT to replace a poorly installed roof. The roof had multiple layers of shingles which is dangerous because additional layers trap more heat and could lead to a fire. It also damages the shingles which shortens the life span of the roof. 

At this cape-style home located in East Hartford, CT we completed a full roof replacement on the main house as well as the garage. To provide total moisture protection from outside elements we installed Weatherlock G Ice & Water from all eaves, valleys, and around chimneys and roof/wall intersections. To protect the chimneys from water damage we removed and replaced the flashing with new lead flashing. This home needed a new bathroom exhaust vent hood with a built-in damper on the roof which included a new flex duct from the fan to the hood.
