Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

We revamped the look of this beautiful and regal home with a whole new roof!

This ranch-style home in Madison, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roof material, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed flashing tape to all joints on the entire roof deck, in accordance with the new building code requirements. We also installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. Lastly, we removed and replaced chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The red-sided house in Higganum had 2 layers or shingles on the main house, a flat roof section, and a shed that were all replaced on the same day.

At this Colonial-style home built in the 1960s, we completely tore off the existing roof and replaced it with a brand new Klaus Roofing System.
