This single-family home in East Hartford was in need of a new roof. We started the job by removing one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 30 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We finished the job by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.  At this 1963 colonial style home in East Hartford, Connecticut, we completely stripped and installed a brand new Klaus Larsen roofing system.
