This home in Madison, CT, needed a full roof replacement after years of dealing with leaks coming from the two large flat decks on the second floor. The roof was around 20 years old, and water had begun finding its way into the kitchen, especially around the smaller flat areas over the porch and front steps. Our inspection also showed that some of the flashing was no longer doing its job, which was adding to the problem. To give the home a fresh start, our crew replaced the entire roofing system and addressed the trouble spots so that water could no longer collect or seep through. The new roof was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Cornerstone, giving the house stronger protection and a clean new look.
