Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This was a large 8 door garage in South Windsor that had the entire roof torn off and replaced in only two days. Shingle Color: Quarry Grey.

Over time, moisture had worked its way in, and once we removed the existing shingles, the extent of the damage became clear. Several areas of the plywood decking were saturated and beginning to grow mold, which meant the roof needed more than just new shingles.

Our team replaced the compromised plywood to restore a solid foundation before rebuilding the roofing system. To help prevent the same issue from happening again, we also improved the insulation to better regulate temperature and moisture levels inside the home. Once the structure was sound and properly protected, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black, giving the home a sharp, updated look along with durable, long-term protection.
