Klaus Larsen Roofing began by tearing off and disposing of two layers of existing roofing materials. Next, we replaced all damaged plywood decking and installed DeckSeal Modified Bitumen Flat Roofing in the color Shasta White. Lastly, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This home is now equipped with a proper roof that will protect all who call this home!

We installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. We finished the job by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klays Larsen Roofing!
