Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Joe called us because he was going to have solar panels installed on his home and needed to get the roof replaced before he did that. He had two layers of shingles and the roof was getting old. We put a new roof on and he is all set for his new solar panels.

This beautiful one family home in Manchester, CT was in need of a roof replacement and we were able to help! We started off by tearing away two layers of existing roofing materials and disposing of them properly. There were 2 damaged plywood decking sheets that were found upon inspection. We replaced the decking sheets and then proceeded to lay down 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from the elements. A layer of Synthetic Underlayment was placed on the areas of decking without the barrier to help repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Granite Black colorway. We put the finishing touches on this job by replacing the chimney flashing and a new exhaust vent hood. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This home in Clinton, CT was in need of a roof replacement and reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing to help! We started by removing one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys, and skylights. Lastly, we installed 2 brand new Velux Skylights. 

This single-family home in Clinton, Connecticut was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. We finished the job by sealing cracks in their chimneys with mortar and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
