Homeowners of this attractive 1996 Colonial were interested in upgrading their home with a roof replacement. To start, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off and disposed of 1 layer of existing roofing, as well as replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We also installed 3 layers of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Estate Gray. In terms of gutters, we removed and installed 5" heavy duty Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert. This amazing home got even better thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
Built in 1956, this ranch-style home in Glastonbury, CT was in need of a roof replacement. To start the process, we removed & replaced 1 layer of existing roofing material and 4 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed three rows of ce & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys, etc. For shingles, we installed the color Slatestone Gray. These shingles included a 10 year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty. Lastly, we installed brand new 5-foot MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert. This attractive home is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!
This colonial style home in Glastonbury, Connecticut was in need of a new roof as well as updated gutters. After tearing off 2 layers of existing roofing materials, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. In terms of gutters, we removed the existing gutters and replaced them with brand new 5-inch heavy duty aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert. This single-family Ranch style home in Glastonbury, CT was in need of a roof replacement. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then taped all roof deck joints with flashing tape. This small colonial home in Cobalt, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started off this project by tearing away and disposing of one layer of asphalt roofing. Next, we installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from rain and snow. For the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Brown colorway.
