Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This charming cape-cod style house was in need of a new roof. The existing shingles on this home were single-tabbed shingles, which are less thick than architectural shingles so they need to be replaced sooner. We stripped the old shingles and sent them to an asphalt recycling center to be recycled into new roads. We then replaced any damaged plywood decking. These homeowners can sleep well knowing they not only recycled their old roof but got a new durable, warrantied roof that will last them years and years. 

At this colonial style home located in Manchester, CT, we completely removed and replaced the entire roof. We first stripped the existing roof and hauled the old shingles to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center to be turned into the pavement for roads. We then removed and replaced any damaged plywood decking to ensure the integrity of the roofing structure. To protect the interior of this home from outside moisture, we laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment and new shingles. This new roof comes with a 50 Year Lifetime Platinum Protection Roofing Warranty so the homeowner can now live worry-free!

This colonial with an attached garage in Manchester, CT was built in 1928. After the existing roofing materials were torn off, the damaged plywood decking was replaced. Three rows of  Ice & Water shield was installed along with Underlayment that is engineered to repel water and adhere to the roof. A ridge Vent was installed, along with ProEdge Hip and Ridge shingles. The old chimney flashing was removed and replaced with new, copper flashing.
