This single-family home was in need of a new roof. We started the process by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing all damaged plywood decking. We installed an ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys and gray shingles. Lastly, we installed a ridge vent on the ridge of the addition of the home. This house is now looking better than ever, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We started off by tearing away two layers of existing roofing materials and disposing of them properly. There were 2 damaged plywood decking sheets that were found upon inspection. We replaced the decking sheets and then proceeded to lay down 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from the elements. A layer of Synthetic Underlayment was placed on the areas of decking without the barrier to help repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Granite Black colorway. We put the finishing touches on this job by replacing the chimney flashing and a new exhaust vent hood. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
