Paul’s home in Colchester, CT, had a roof dating back to 1993, and a leak around the chimney made getting a replacement urgent. Initially looking for a quick fix, Paul decided that a full roof replacement along with new gutters and trim was the best long-term solution. When the time came, our team got to work, carefully removing the old shingles and replacing the decking underneath. We installed our full roofing system, including SealoronXT Ice & Water shield and VeloraOne Roof Underlayment, to ensure lasting protection. Finally, we installed IKO shingles in the color Brownstone, giving Paul’s home a refreshed, durable roof built to withstand the elements for years to come. Now, Paul has a secure, leak-free roof.
