This single family home was in need of a new roof. After tearing off and disposing of one layer of existing roofing materials, we removed and replaced five sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed two rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Patriot Slate. Further, we installed two new exhaust vent hoods with built-in dampers on the roof. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing to further protect against water penetration. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We gave this home in Old Lyme a breath of fresh air with a VentSure ridge vent built into a reconstructed roof of Estate Gray shingles. Everything was built upon a fresh foundation, with replaced plywood decking.
