Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This home in Columbia, CT, built in 1993, had the roof replaced by Klaus Larsen. All damaged plywood decking was replaced. The chimney flashing was removed and replaced. This home has now been protected inside and out by Klaus Larsen!

After tearing off one layer of existing shingles, the Klaus Larsen crew replaced all damaged plywood decking and installed new shingles. The old trim was torn off and replaced with new Kleer PVC composite trim boards and a new pipe vent boot in the color of Black! This home is now protected with all of the essentials from Klaus Larsen!

Built in 1970, this single-family home was in need of a partial roof replacement and new skylights. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, as well as replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed GAF Timberline Weathered Wood Shingles. Next, we removed siding on 2 dormers and replaced it with new flashing and cedar shakes. Lastly, we installed new Velux FS Skylights. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
