Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This ranch style home in Colchester, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started the job by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing one sheet of damaged plywood decking. We then installed Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed new teak asphaly shingles. We finished by installing a brand new slanted style attic vent in the color black. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
