During the roof replacement we installed a thermostat controlled solar fan. Unlike standard attic fans, the VentSure Exhaust Fan is roof-mounted and does not require extra electricity to function. This single family home built in 1978 was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimney, and skylights. For shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Harbor Blue. We also installed 2 brand new Velux Skylights. We finished by installing a brand new VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation.
