Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in East Hartford was in need of a new roof. We started the job by removing one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 30 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We finished the job by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

 At this 1963 colonial style home in East Hartford, Connecticut, we completely stripped and installed a brand new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We started the process by removing & replacing two layers of existing roofing material and five layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed three rows of Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys, etc. For shingles, we installed shingles in the color Brownwood. These shingles included an Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty. Finally, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This home looks better than ever with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!
