We removed the old roofing materials and assessed the decking beneath, replacing any weakened or damaged boards to ensure a strong foundation. Then, we applied our industry-leading protective layers: SealoronXT Ice & Water, VeloraOne Roof Underlayment, and DeckTape. These layers are designed to protect vulnerable areas and provide a watertight seal, particularly in transition zones like David’s, where leaks are most likely to occur. For the new shingles, the IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, which come with a 130MPH wind warranty and are algae-resistant, give David peace of mind against weather damage and premature aging. In addition, we installed a specialized flat roofing Polyglass roof membrane on the flatter section, designed to withstand water pooling and keep water out.

This 2001 Colonial-style home has been rejuvenated with a new Klaus Larsen roofing system!
