Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This colonial style home in East Hampton, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Lastly, we removed and replaced the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now safe & secure thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This Cape style home in East Hampton, CT was in need of a new roof. We started by tearing off and disposing of one layer of asphalt shingles & replacing 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. His skylights were aging, so we roofed over the three on the left side and replaced the two on the front to prevent future leaks.
