Our team inspected the home and confirmed that a full roof replacement would be the best long-term solution to stop the leaks and protect the home. We removed the old roofing system and replaced any damaged plywood before installing a complete Klaus Larsen Roofing system. For the new roof, Kathryn chose IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, a timeless look that complements her home beautifully. We also added a Velux M08 Skylight to bring more natural light into the space while maintaining proper insulation and water protection. Now, Kathryn’s home not only looks refreshed but is fully protected from future leaks, giving her peace of mind for years to come.

This single-family home in Baltic, CT was in need of a roof and new gutter guards. After tearing off and disposing of one layer of asphalt roofing, we replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. In terms of gutter guards, we installed brand new 5-inch Microguard Leaf Protection Gutter Guards by Englert. We finished the job by installing a new ridge vent to keep consistent attic ventilation, and removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing.
