Our team began by carefully removing the old roofing materials all the way down to the decking, checking for any damaged plywood that needed replacement. Once the surface was ready, we installed SealoronXT Deck Tape over the plywood seams, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water around the roof edges and other vulnerable areas for added protection against leaks. VeloraONE Roof Underlayment was then rolled out across the rest of the roof to create a watertight barrier. With the foundation secured, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Cornerstone, giving the home a fresh new look and a roof built to last. This Dutch-Colonial barn was completely stripped of its existing roof and replaced with a brand new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We started the process by removing and replacing 2 layers of existing roofing materials and 52 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We went on to install 3 layers of Ice & Water barrier near roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed shingles in the color Estate Gray. The shingles include an Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Limited Warranty. This attractive barn is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!

This Cape-style home in Canterbury, CT was built in 1840 and in need of a new roof. To start this process, we tore off 2 layers of existing roofing materials and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Onyx Black. Next, we installed a Ridge Vent to provide attic ventilation. Lastly, we removed and replaced all flashing around the chimney with new lead flashing, to further secure and seal the home form potential leaks.
